Very friendly welcome and very helpful with any queries asked about the hotel or the area. Cleaning of the room was on a very regular basis and very efficient. An excellent fish restaurant adjacent to the hotel was a bonus.Famille

Traveling as a family there is always the anxiety of making it come together for all family members. Stefano the host at Il Canzoniere is amazing, we immediately felt at home everything was ready to go and the boys 14 and 12 were just as overwhelmed as us at how central the location was to everything. A modern Alessi look apartment built into medieval walls, parents expansive bedroom with separate reading area at the other end of the apartment to the boy's bedroom. I cannot imagine why the apartment could ever be vacant...and we were there mid winter over New Year's Eve. Arezzo street market ( every street in the old part of town) the first Sunday and the preceding Saturday of the month is not to be missed, if you can still get in book now.Mature couple
