Very nice apartment but should be fixed-up a little bit: The floors, bath, kitchen equipment,(coffee-maker)The terrace is splendido , a green room in the city. The owner very nice and easy to cooperate with. After some renovation this flat is both nice to stay in and close to the metro and with restaurants and service that will be needed.Le quartier: - Chamartín
