Brand new apartment close to the sea. Well equipped with 2 bathrooms. Good transportation by bus to Valetta 94 and St. Julian 120. Nice, safe, quiet area. Close to Smart City - new fountain attraction must see at night. Close to the sea and rocky beach but can be swim when there is not high waves. Close to two good equipped stores - one closed at 1 PM and second 7 PM but in the you have everything in good prices. Close to many good restaurants. Owner very helpful and very, very nice (like most people in Malta) - provided us transportation from airport and bought us food for the night!.Group
