Appartement Kalemegdan est situé dans le coeur de la zone piétonne du centre de Belgrade, à l'épicentre même de la vie animée de la ville. Pourtant, il est également situé au calme dans la cour intérieure d'un immeuble des années 1900. Les distances de marche: - 2 min à la forteresse de Kalemegdan (en fait, juste en face de la rue)! - 5 min dans le Danube et la Sava! - 7 mn de la place centrale de la ville (Trg Republike) et le vieux quartier bohème de Skadarlija! Un point de départ idéal pour explorer la riche histoire de Belgrade et la vie nocturne célèbre!

Zeer goede ligging pal in het centrum van Belgrado. Alles op loopafstand bereikbaar. De ontvangst door mevrouw is zeer goed en vriendelijk. Appartement was ruim en schoon. Alles was aanwezig. Voor 4 personen zeer geschikt. Meer zou ik niet doen.
De douche zat los. Maar hebben er geen last van gehad.

This is in a great location for visiting the Old City of Belgrade. Although a ground-floor apartment and only 100 metres from the main pedestrian street, it was quiet and safe with good facilities. The owner was most helpful on our arrival and she spoke excellent English.
Small kitchen but we were not doing much other than breakfast!

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent central location and value for money.
The landlady came to meet us very late at night, when our flight came in, which was very kind of her. However, she was otherwise ratherunpleasant to deal with. There was a problem with the front door lock (which others had also had) which meant one of us had to climb out of the window on our first morning to open the door from outside. She insisted the fault was ours, and that we had "panicked." She was also abrupt and peremptory in the way she demanded our passports to take to the police (we had not been told beforehand that that would be necessary) and the balance of the fee in euros, in cash. Luckily, you don't have to share the flat with her!
Dear Mrs Margaronis, Thank you for your review. The "guest is always right" but I would just like to take the opportunity to address some of your remarks: - Registering every guest at the local police station within 24 hours from their arrival is COMPULSORY under Serbian law and the failure to do so may result in a fine against the property manager. In this regard, we ask our guests to either go with us to the police station to register or, in case they have other plans, to simply give us their passports so we can do it for them. The passports are then returned to the guests usually within 1 hour (depending on the queue in the police station); - The payment method we explicitly refer to on our property profile is “cash upon arrival” so we expect our guests to be able to make their payment when they arrive to the apartment and we never had any problems with any other guest about that. Nevertheless, we have always been ready to show some flexibility in exceptional cases and wait a couple of days (as in this case); - The door lock problem: we are always there to assist our guests with whichever problem they may have within 15 minutes. So there really was no need to jump out of the window. The problem occurred only once in the past and was promptly resolved.
