I give 8.5 rating. Easily could have been a 10. But see "against" comments below. Apartment was spacious, airy, and immaculately clean. Superb location. Contact person very friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again!!

When you advertise a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, it should work. My tub didn't. Neither did the stove. Explanation was "for security reasons". But 4 gas burners worked fine. So what's the security concern? I chose this particular unit for those two amenities, especially the Jacuzzi. . So a bit disappointing. Hence the 1.5 point markdown. Otherwise excellent apartment.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet appartement et l'accueil d'Alexandr. The flat is near the metro, calm, big... Alexandr is kind and he speaks very good English - if I come back to Minsk, I will go to Alexandr's flat, that's for sure !

La grandissima disponibilità del proprietario, davvero simpatico e premuroso; la relativa vicinanza al centro città (una decina di minuti di taxi o due fermate di metro); l'arredamento accogliente, la pulizia dell'appartamento, la cucina molto confortevole, la connessione internet wi-fi impeccabile e la tv a grande schermo (satellite: un migliaio di canali, la maggioranza dei quali però criptati, a meno di non portarsi la scheda da casa). È adatto anche a fumatori visto che dispone di balcone.

L'appartamento è situato in un palazzo piuttosto vecchio e trascurato. Non bisogna però lasciarsi ingannare dalla prima impressione. Lo stesso vale per il quartiere, di tipo 'residenziale', abitato da gente molto discreta e tranquilla. E silenziosa, a cominciare dai vicini.

I recommend this apartment! The location was nice. The landlord was also very nice and helpful. She even has a transportation service to and from the airport, so it's easy to get to and from the airport/apartment (for a good price). Apartment was clean and lots of space. We were two persons living there, but we could easily have been at least two more (there's double beds). Close to restaurants, metro station etc.

The apartment is very nice and also very comfortable. But what makes the difference is Elena. She is a very serious and attentive woman, which was able to reply quickly to any request of mine. I believe this small apartment is the best one for a romantic staying in Minsk..

ROMANTIC LAGOON

The apartment is a very comfortable and well located accommodation that is just a few blocks from the Minsk subway, and provides excellent access to the entire city. In addition, the apartment is extremely comfortable for up to four guests and we found it to be exactly as portrayed in photos on the website. Owner Alexandr is supremely attentive.

APARTMENT MINSK

This central studio apartment was perfect. The facilities were exactly what I needed and there was clean linen and towels.Having a washing machine and microwave oven was very useful. The apartment is well-maintained and clean and the owner is absolutely wonderful - very kind, friendly and helpful.I felt safe and WiFi was excellent to have.

No criticisms.
