Très bien situé entre Times square et Empire state building -station de métro proche; Calme

2 petites chambres sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres, séjour minuscule sans fenêtre et sans aération et vieillot. prises de courant et fils électriques par terre et rafistolées...pas d'extincteur ni d'issue de secours en cas d'incendie. Accueil inexistant: pas de contact à part pour réclamer l'argent et sans reçu.

Bra läge nära till centrum.

Hade önskat en genomgång av kontaktpersonen som tog emot oss, vart extra handdukar fanns, knivar och gafflar fanns men inte där vi hade förväntat oss att besticken skall ligga. Telefonnumret till kontaktpersonen fungerade bara vid det tillfälle som kom, inte sedan vilket var ett litet minus. Annars är vi nöjda.

El departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, la ubicacion es genial, cerca de todo. Seguro y confortable.

La persona que esta a cargo, no es muy amigable, tuvimos que pedirle que nos deje elementos para el aseo del departamento. La entrada no es confiable, a primera vista, hay un cartel donde promocionan, masajes, y tiene una escalera con 42 escalones, para llegar al departamento!!. Eso no lo sabiamos. Si no estas en estado fisico, olvidate!!!

Fabulous 2 bedroom Home

A 'haven' at the end of the day sightseeing in New York. Vendors transported us on arrival from JFK Airport to apartment and showed us how everything worked in the apartment and where to buy groceries or eating out venues. Very welcoming people.

Noisy neighbours across the street holding a Saturday night party, music and loud voices ALL night.

Perfect 2 bedrooms next to Times Square

Lage: nicht eben fashionable, aber sicher, ruhig und gut gelegen. Ausstattung : sehr einfach , aber komplett und funktionierend. Preis/Leistung: keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit.

Sauberkeit von Böden und Balkon sollte besser sein.

Es un mono ambiente agradable, cómodo, con todo lo imprescindible, bien ubicado. Me sentí segura, cumplieron con todo lo pactado. Hay siempre dos personas cuidando la entrada al edificio y recibiendo con mucha responsabilidad el correo. Muy atentos.

Es un edificio en el que hay personas que tienen su domicilio permanente y ademas hay también turistas. Los pasillos no son lindos y a veces hay olor a comida pero no es grave.

Beautiful Apartment with park view

Cindy is an excellent host! We had a fun time and enjoyed the location. It gave us a view into the lives of real New Yorkers ( very cute coffee shops and cafes close by). We were also close enough to TimeSquare that we could take in the Glitz and Glamour too. The apartment was clean and the Netflix was a nice bonus!

It was really nice having this dance team stay at my apartment. They were all very respectful of the NYC community and I especially enjoyed how easy they were to deal with. They left my apartment clean and damaged free. I can only highly recommend.
