Historique Canal Belt - Airy et élégant, l'appartement Troost est très bien situé dans le quartier branché Pijp du centre d'Amsterdam, à distance de marche des attractions grands de la Heineken Experience au Rijksmuseum. L'appartement de 105m2 et peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Il ya une double et une chambre triple, ainsi que deux canapés-lits simples dans le salon pour vous fournir un confort pendant votre séjour. Le linge de lit et les draps sont inclus. Il dispose chic, décoration minimaliste et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Juste à côté, vous trouverez la salle à manger où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous d'avoir tous vos repas! Le grand salon et spacieuse est équipée d'une télévision, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un lecteur de CD et un lecteur de DVD pour tous vos besoins de divertissement. Salle de bain séparée avec douche et WC pour l'intimité de chacun. Serviettes seront inclus.

L'Appartement Troost est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville, du shopping et sortir, avec un choix fantastique de restaurants, de bars et de cafés sur le seuil. Le centre historique se trouve à 20 minutes à pied (ou à 5 minutes en tramway) de distance, et l'appartement est juste un pâté de maisons du célèbre marché Albert Cuyp rue. Il s'agit d'un titre (dommages / clé) dépôt de 250 euros remboursable au moment du départ. Ce dépôt sera remboursé par virement bancaire ou Pay Pal compte. Remboursement en espèces est disponible sous la condition de paiement de 30 euros supplémentaire au check in "

Appartment nicely furnished, neat and clean, equipped according to the information provided. Not far away from city center, well-communicated, close to the commodities (big supermarket, restaurants, local market).
Windows in one of the bedooms as well as in the leaving room were closed with key and impossible to open! It is unacceptable duing the summer period (explanations of the agent: locks on the windows are preventing tenants from making too much noise are just silly). Very poor contact with the agent to solve the issue.

The district is great. Street market and lots of local cafes, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the area very much and had some wonderful meals. The people we spoke to in the restaurants and bars were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and I would recommend and would stay in that area of Amsterdam again.
When we arrived at the agents office to collect our keys we were told that the Troost apartment was not available. We were told that the previous occupants had caused a mess, that they had not had a chance to clear up in time for our arrival. We are offered an alternative in a similar location, although it was smaller. The Troost apartment was 3 bedrooms (and was the specific reason that we had chosen this apartment). The apartment that we were offered was on Govert Flinckstraat. It was only 2 bedrooms, so one of our group had to use a sofa bed. Unfortunately, although the apartment was fine, we were not satisfied with the customer service angle of the agents who were dealing with our booking. The staff were not very caring, given that we were in Amsterdam to celebrate a very special birthday of one of our group. In particular the staff that were in the agents office on our last day, when we had to store our luggage in the office, due to late check out not being available in the alternative apartment, were very rude. We had already been given a cheaper apartment than that originally booked, and instead of being sympathetic and apologetic, we received a very antagonistic attitude, and a refusal even to use the toilet in the office free of charge! We were very shocked by the attitude and would not recommend the agents to anywone in the future, although the apartment and area and the other people that we met were wonderful. It was such a shame, as we had loved everything else about our stay, and our last memory was of somebody shouting and being rude to us.
