As in others comments, the owner Rossana, she is the best, the apartment is well located and the parking is easy to get very near, the super market is handy, the apartment has 3 good rooms one with a desk very useful for working or the internet, flat tv with a lot of channels of course in italian, fully equipped, even find maps and things surely left by other guests. I FULLY RECOMEND IT. Once again thanks Rossana for your kindness and concern about our well being
nothing really, the lack of a living room but the diner room serves the purpose as the tv is in there

Propriétaire sympathique et disponible l'appartement était confortable ( trois grandes chambres pour nous 5) bien équipé parking gratuit pour la voiture, bus pour le centre ville à deux pas supermarché à côté et un restaurant délicieux et très accueillant au bout de la rue.

Appartamento accessoriato, strategico per la fiera. La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima, ospitale oltre a essere una signora bella ed elegante. Consigliato per viaggi di lavoro a Bologna per appoggio in fiera. Ma può essere funzionale anche per chi non intende preoccuparsi del parcheggio come accade nel centro città.
Mancava lo spremiagrumi... Unica piccolissima pecca...

The apartment is very close to the fair and the bus stop and frequently connected to the city center. The apartment was simple, clean and well-equipped. Very good contact with the owner the earlier e-mail prior to arrival and during the stay. I would recommend.

The agent. Rossanna (Rugosi?) was flexible and extremely helpful - even ordering our airport taxi when all calls had failed. She was at the flat before I arrived. She checked in during the week for any problems and always replied to calls and texts - very dependable - which is important in an emergency. She was excellent. The flat was clean, spacious and in a good location for us.
Only small things. The bedside lamps didn't work in one room - so getting in and out of bed to use main light. The gasring lighter didn't work - just a cigarette lighter - so burnt fingers!

Propriétaire: I checked the lamp room and it works. Has a power unlike any other namely whereas arousing at the base. No other host had requested a kettle. I immediately made available to buy it but my guests have been told that it was not as urgent. Follow the advice and soon will buy for my guests.
