Very good location (downtown ) , near all important objectives . Polite contact person .

Old Bedclothes maybe the owner should replace them with new ones .

vi ho soggiornato 6 giorni con amiche, sito in posizione centralissima è ottimo per vedere e vivere bene la città. lo abbiamo usato pressochè solo per dormire e si è rivelato adatto alle nostre esigenze. per chi come noi viaggiasse in macchina è decisamente utile il parcheggio interrato (costo a parte) che si trova antistante il portone d'ingresso. padrone di casa molto gentile.

Mooie lokatie naast de baseliek. Prima uitvals basis. Verhuurder erg behulpzaam echter mag nog wel wat aan zijn Engels en Duits werken. Moeilijk parkeren voor de deur waardoor je koffers uit de auto halen niet echt makelijk is.

Vuilnisbakken in de hal beneden. Weinig lekkerse stoelen om op te zitten. Wasmachine werkte niet, dit was ons derde appartement en hadden deze oa hiervoor gekozen

The owner of the apartment was extremely nice and very welcoming and allowed for flexibility in payment and check out times. He also kept it very clean and the facilities available could not be faulted. However his English was not brilliant so some communications were difficult for us. The apartment itself was located in a great area with lots going on around it. In terms of value, it was fantastic! We stayed here during an inter-railing holiday and it turns out to be the cheapest accommodation. Whats more is that we were able to cook our own food and it made a change from hostels to have our own space.

Pictures on the website do not completely match the real life view of the apartment. The water supply stopped working for a day and a half so we had to go elsewhere to wash and use the toilet which was a huge inconvenience. Furthermore the wifi did not work for the majority of the time we were staying there. However, the owner did work hard to fix these problems once we had alerted him.

fantastic location, good price, hope to back there

Very nice location at a very good price.

Sound proofing is not all that good, you can hear a lot of what's going on in the next apartment. (Nothing a cheap pair of earplugs won't fix).

Good location. Good value for money.

The apartment was cold at night. Neighbors smoked under the window of our bedroom. At night we were awakened by a screaming cat. We are worry about little kitten. Our neighbors on the same floor, did bad thing with him. They leave him overnight on the balcony, he was cold, he yells loudly all night near windows. But they still will not let him into the apartment. A cat can not sleep in the cold in winter, he has to sleep in the heat. If these people do not know how to care for animals, it is better to give the kitten to the shelter.
