la zona è perfetta! 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro, 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al porto vecchio (zona centrale e cuore di marsiglia), sotto casa fermata autobus.
appartamento mediocre tutto in unico ambiente, è buono solo per una famiglia. non pulitissimo e un pò rumoroso la mattina perchè i gabbiani fanno un bordello allucinante. Occhio per le zanzare

Rymlig studio, fräsch och välutrustad. Trevligt med all litteratur om Marseille och de konstböcker som beskrev olika stilepoker under 1900-talet. Tillmötesgående värdinna som gav många värdefulla tips.
Bara fransktalande kanaler på tv:n blir ett problem när man vill följa nyhetsflödet. Första mailet från Only Appartments innehöll flera felaktigheter. Där fanns ingen siffra på gatuadressen, vilket vi upptäckte av en slump och det sades att vi skulle betala med check. Vi fick kontakta er och tala om att checkar inte ställs ut i Sverige längre. Ta bort den infon. Någon tidigare hyresgäst har påpekat att knivarna är oerhört slöa och vi instämmer. Dessutom bör stekpannorna bytas ut då de är alldeles runda i botten.

Very nice apartment with everything according to the specification. Very friendly and helpful owners.

The appartment was very clear and full equiped. It is very close to the centre and to the metro station. The appartment is larger as you can see it on the fotos. It is very quiet. I can only recommend it if you would like to live in a central but a quiet place.

the apartment was very centrally located: nice to travel to several places in the city! We had a wonderful time in Marseille!
The apartment wasn't properly cleaned: floor in the kitchen, bathroom. There also was a problem with the key of the apartment; we had the impression that other people had access to the building (and perhaps to the apartment?).

dear marleen de boodt-I cant express how sorry I am about this, a perfect cleaning is so important to us! we do have a new person taking care of the apartment and she apparently doesnot do well. I'm really really sorry . For the rest: there is another apartment next to yours and yes other people have access to the building but I'm very certain nobody would get in your apartment... But I'll certainly have another look at that. Kind regards...

Absolutely fantastic apartment, and much bigger than the pictures suggest
We like to cook, and the absence of a chopping board and a good knife was a bit frustrating. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked.
