Merci à son emplacement dans le quartier de Castello, est ici rapide et facile à pied à tous les principaux points d'intérêt de la ville, tels que la Piazza San Marco, le Pont des Rilto et la Biennale de Venise. En outre, à 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour les bateaux de la ville et les îles les plus importantes. En outre, dans les attractions à venir: un parc pour enfants, supermarché, pharmacie, boutiques de souvenirs ... L'appartement est accessible depuis l'aéroport Marco Polo aussi directement sur le vaporetto (Aliaguna).

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Very helpful contact person. The location is great in a less crowded area with lots of local life and good retail shops (cheese shop, fruit and vegetable market, supermarkets, bakery, meat and fish store) and many bars, with locals as well as tourists. Close to Giardini and Arsenale. Only a few minutes walking from Giardini boat stop.

The apartment is very close to the International Art Exhibition and is within walking distance to Piazza San Marco. It is only a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, bakery and good local bars/restaurants. There were 6 of us and the apartment had everything we needed. Daniela was very helpful and would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place and it´s owner Daniela are the best which can happen to you travelling to Venice. A lively neighbourhood with a good infrastructure. A balcony on which you would like to sit the whole day, watching the people going by and the nice setting of the street. A terrace to have a quite place. It´s all just perfect.
What we didn´t understand, that the small room on the plan of the apartment is closed and not for to rent. So if you need the seven beds, be aware that it´s three of them in the room next to the kitchen.

A bit old, but very clean and spacious appartment with a very nice view to a small canal - Perfect location, on the main island, but still a little walk to all the main attractions and turists. Daniela was a perfect host. Picked us up at the vaparetto, on our arrival and she also walked us to the nearest opened supermarked, we arrived on a sunday! If we have been in need for anything, we knew whom to contact, but we had everything we needed allready. A perfect holiday, on a perfect location, with a perfect host. Thank you :-)

Terrasse with sun 1-3PM and sun all day on the balcony. Lovely area - not too many turists but still still lively. Nice to look at life and people from the balcony. Lots of grocery shopping possibilities just down the street. Close to 2-3 vaparetto stops. 10 minutes walk along the waterfront to Piazza San Marco. And Venice is just a beautiful city with the narrow streets, the canals, the piazzas, the palaces, the churches and the history. We stayed for a week in May 2012 and had a wonderful time.

Calm, well situated, within easy walking distance of the vaporetto and of San Marco square. Amenities close by too (shops). The owners-operators were really helpful.
The cold (March 11-14, 2012) made the flat a bit uncomfortable in spite of the heating. Although that was to be expected, the unused rooms were kept locked, which prevented us from reading in a "lounge" after the kids were in bed.
